How do I order in ROES?

What is the production turn-around time for my album?

• Our design orders take approximately 5-7 business days, with an additional 2-3 business days for any requested revisions.
• Album production time is approximately 12 business days.

What is the shipping turn-around time?
Fine Art Albums have a one to five (1-5) day shipping turn-around time for US & Canada

How do I file prep for Fine Art Albums?
Please submit your file as a JPEG at 300ppi (minimum requirement of 240ppi) and in sRGB color space.
Bleed and safety margins will be displayed in ROES.

Are there templates available?

Will my files be checked before the album is printed?
We do not check files before printing. If you are unsure of your design integrity or color/density, contact
our customer service department prior to uploading your order.

Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
You may cancel your order at no charge by 4:30 EST the following business day.

Do you offer sample paper or sample cover swatches? 
Contact Customer Service to order your swatch books.

What size Fine Art Albums can I order?

• We offer 8×8, 10×10 and 12×12 for the Grand and Majestic styles.
• Parent books are offered in 6×6 and 8×8 sizes.
• What is a Parent Book?
• A parent book is an exact copy of a main book, and includes a wraparound cover with the
  standard Kodak Endura paper option.
• Parent books cannot be ordered alone.

What paper options do you offer for the Simply Fine Art Albums?

• Grand- Kodak Endura
• Majestic – Kodak Endura or Metallic (incurs an additional $40.00 flat fee)

What cover styles do you offer?

• Please note, our Parent albums only include the Photo Wraparound cover option.
