What is the production turn-around time?
The production turn-around time for Press Cards is two to five (2-5) Business Days. EXCEPT DRING HOLIDAYS

What is the shipping turn-around time?
Press Cards have a one to five (1-5) day shipping turn-around time for US & Canada

How do I file prep for Press Cards?
Please submit your file as a JPEG at 300ppi, in sRGB color space, with 1/8” bleed.

What are your press card sizes? 
A variety of sizes are available on our standard press card template page. You may also see every size available in our ROES ordering system.

What kind of templates and how many do you offer for press? 
We have 37 standard die cut templates that are available for download here. We also have 20 standard templates with a straight edge available for download here. These templates include the required 1/8″ bleed, so they are slightly larger than the actual printing size. Make sure all relevant visuals and copy are not in the 1/8″ bleed area. We will contact you if there is an issue.

Do prices vary for different press papers?
No, all of our press papers are the same price. We have a great variety of gloss, linen, felt, pearl and many more to choose from including ECO friendly papers.

What are the Press Cards shipping costs?
All standard shipping for press products is $6.95. Please see either USA or Canadian shipping tabs at the top for details.

What is the press run quantity?
We currently offer our press printed products in packs of 25, 50 and 75. For example, to order 200 cards, place an order for four packs of 50.
