All deliveries must be inspected for damage upon arrival. It is the recipient’s sole responsibility to perform this inspection before signing the delivery receipt.

Visible Damage: If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, you must document it in detail on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Failure to notate obvious damage will be viewed as acceptance of the package in good condition and may result in the denial of a damage claim.

Concealed Damage: Damage not visible at the time of delivery (concealed damage) must be reported to Simply Color Lab within 48 hours of delivery. To file a claim, you must provide us the following:

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and all internal and external packaging.

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe releases Simply Color Lab from all liability. The damaged item and all original packaging must be retained for at least 30 days for potential carrier inspection.
